How to connect android (5.x) to OS X server app (4.0.3) mail ?

Hello,

I have a problem with connecting Android devices to the OS X mail server. I the past is was working, but now, if i connect to the mailserver with a android device it wil give a "unsupported authentication mechanism". In the preference window on android there is no way to select the proper authentication method .

There is only a way to select the SS/TLS or STARTLS method. Not CRAM-MD5 or Digest-MD5, or Kerberos etc, etc,

Because it was possible in the past to connect with android i suspect a update of Android OS is the cause,..

Any idea to fix it?
